Microsoft QBasic is an integrated development environment and a simple Basic compiler that still can be found on Windows 98 Disk. It’s not a decorative but a text-based program that software programmers used to use to compile the programming language Basic to binary for the PC to execute. Currently it comes no longer on the installation disk of Microsoft.
